The perfect slow cooked chilli for a quick hearty meal.
Come in from work to the delicious aromas of chilli con carne and serve up within 10 minutes.

Prep time: 10 minutes
This is one of my real favourites, just because it is so easy to do. It takes no time to prep, and no time to serve.
I can’t stress just how easy this dish is to prepare and cook
1 chopped red onion
1 tsp. lazy garlic
500g mince beef
1 tin Kidney beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
6 – 8 button mushroooms chopped
– chopped chilli peppers
– chopped bell peppers
Fry up the beef, onion and garlic for 8 – 10 minutes until browned off.
Throw all that in the slow cooker with all the other ingredients chopped up.
Cook in the slow cooker for either of the following times:
5 – 7 hours: High
8 – 9 hours: Low
Serve with rice or pasta. It really is as easy as that.
