Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped basil leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon chopped oregano leaves

Instructions

  • Dice the garlic and then chop it as finely as possible. With the side of a knife or the back of a spoon, squash down on the garlic and drag backwards to make it form a paste.

  • Add the chopped herbs and garlic in the dish with the butter. Set aside for a few minutes at room temperature. Then mix together.
    2 tbsp Butter, ¼ tsp chopped oregano leaves, ¼ tsp chopped basil leaves
  • Serve on pizza or baguette to make a garlic bread.

Notes

This is a versatile dish that can be used in plenty of dishes. Make small batches for freshness but this can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
