Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Branston pickle
  • ¼ Red onion
  • 30 g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Bread

Instructions

  • Grate the cheese finely.
  • Dice the onion finely.
  • Mix the cheese and the onion in a bowl with the Branston pickle.
  • Butter the bread and then add the filling. Serve with salad.
